In my late teens and early twenties I went on a major weight loss journey, dropping three stone in the process. 

Growing up I was always the last to be chosen for sport, avoided photographs and struggled with crippling shyness. Today I still bear my stretch marks as a reminder of where I have come from. For me stepping into the gym and changing my diet for the first time was one of the hardest things I had ever done.
